That's something very beautiful about this angst. I really enjoyed the balance you have here. It's not overly angsty (think one litre of tears) but yet there is something heartbreaking in there. It has a faint scent ot bitterness in the air sort of feeling, which is something I have always felt from watching the Bemu drama. I loved that you captured that - a lot.
And the thing I like about this little ficlet is that it lingers. I can imagine Bemu just watching Natsume and going It's enough in my head. Which is really cool :D
