This moved me so much. I knew they would only get together in the end, or at least I hoped so. I was starting to get afraid that maybe you'd chosen to make Kame fail at wanting again, or make him fail at admitting that he wants something. But I'm so, so happy that you chose the happy ending. I'm a sucker for those, and when Akame is involved then I'm a double sucker. I just... I love the story line, how they get paired up in a movie where Kame gets to play such a wonderfully heartbreaking character, who, in this story, is a lot like himself. And then Jin, who also plays a character close to himself, and inserts the honesty that is needed when dealing with Kame. It's so clever and brilliant and while the good moments between the two are beautiful, the sadder ones are heartbreaking. And that's why I was so glad when Kame finally said Jin is the one he wants, which is when I started tearing up. I managed to read 'till the end before actually crying, but afterwards I couldn't contain myself anymore.
Thank you. Thank you so much for writing and sharing such a long, beautiful, complicated, inventive story. And thank you so, so much for the happy ending.
