I love how the fiction progressed and resolved. I actually read this while listening to Satie's Parade. Just to get into the mood you know.

Quite psychological to a certain degree. It reminds me of the part I studied in developmental psych on how adolescents experience identity crisis at points in their life. this certainly captured it well. :) lots of storm and stress, followed by a nice comfortable, calm.
