kay this is probably weird but like i really really love reading about DID like. ideky i just find it all really interesting? but in any case like, you had me from the warnings, i KNEW i was gonna love this because as unfortunate as DID actually is, i like reading about it and there is not nearly enough fic that touches this kind of thing so I AM REALLY HAPPY OKAY.
weird confession over, i loved everything right from the first scene. jongin being the quiet, shy person that he is, so focused on his stretches and ballet and i lovelovelove how you wove the whole ballet theme throughout the whole fic - with the structure and all the terms and everything. so perfect. <3
He’s too distracted by the warmth of Sehun’s hand, and the way he can never seem to look away from Sehun’s perfectly bowed lips.
Jongin's heart beats like a drum, a sharp, quick, staccato rhythm that doesn’t match the languid movements of either of them right now, and betrays the strength of Jongin’s want.

i LOVE all the "facts" you had throughout the fic too, such a wonderful literary device and ;alskjdg the whole kai vs jongin thing is already reducing me to wibbles cause like
Jongin just loves to dance, but Kai… Kai loves everything else that comes along with that, and Kai makes Jongin feel safe when everything feels dangerous, because he bears a burden that Jongin could never handle.

THIS WHOLE SCENE MAIA OMG i was just like having a nervous breakdown like jongin just READING IT wtf his nervousness and anxiety was so real and then just how you describe kai sneaking in and taking over ;alskdg;lasdg ugh it's amazing
He feels a bit like a marionette, one of the dolls on strings made of straw, or like he's performing ‘Pétrouchka’ to the tune of a Stravinsky libretto, controlled by someone else as he watches from behind his own eyes.
